3. Orders & Delivery

eSIMs are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
Most orders arrive instantly, but delivery may take up to 10 minutes.
Please check your inbox, spam, and other folders.

4. eSIM Plan Types

🔹 Fixed Data Plan

Includes a fixed amount of high-speed data (e.g., 1GB valid for 7 days).
No daily reset.
Supports top-ups — see our Top-Up Policy for details.
Best for flexible, moderate use over several days.

🔹 Unlimited Daily Plan

Provides a daily high-speed allowance (e.g., 1GB/day), resetting every 24 hours.
Speeds reduce to 2G (~256–512 Kbps) after the daily limit.
No total data cap, but top-ups are not supported.
Ideal for consistent daily data needs.

5. Activation & Usage

Follow the installation guide provided after purchase.
Most eSIMs activate when connected to a supported network.
Activate only when you’re ready to use it.
Enable Data Roaming for your eSIM and disable it for your physical SIM to prevent extra charges.

6. User Responsibilities

By using eSIMCircle, you agree to:

Not resell or transfer eSIMs without written approval.
