1. Nature of Digital Products

All eSIMs are digital goods delivered electronically via email. Once a QR code or manual activation instructions are issued, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be approved under the following conditions:

• Non-Delivery of eSIM

If the eSIM is not received within a reasonable time (typically within 10 minutes of purchase), and our support team confirms the issue was due to a system error on our end, a refund may be issued.

• Technical Defect

If the eSIM is proven to be defective due to a platform-related issue (not caused by external factors), you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by:

  • Device incompatibility (e.g., carrier-locked phones)

  • Incorrect installation

  • Local network restrictions

  • User error

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incompatible or locked devices

  • Improper installation or failure to follow instructions

  • Accidental purchases or change of travel plans

  • Incorrect product selection

  • eSIMs that were delivered but remain unused

  • Incorrect email address or failure to check inbox/spam/promotions

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the eSIM has been delivered.

  • If the order has not yet been processed and you contact us before delivery, we will try to cancel it – but due to near-instant digital fulfillment, cancellation is not guaranteed.
