Your delivery will include:

2. Delivery Timeframe

eSIMs are typically delivered instantly upon successful payment.

However, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to system processing or email provider delays.

    • Email used during checkout

Our support team will investigate and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

5. Additional Notes

  • eSIMCircle products are digital only — no physical shipping is required.

  • Install your eSIM only when ready to use, especially while traveling internationally. Activation may immediately start the validity or data period, depending on the plan.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses or user input errors at checkout.
