How to install our eSIM on…

Install and Activate Your eSIM with QR Code

 

  1. Open Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code
  2. Scan the QR code sent to your email.
  3. Tap Continue to activate the eSIM, then tap Done to finish setup.
  4. Select a label for your eSIM (such as Travel) and tap Continue.
  5. If your eSIM includes a phone number, set it as your default line.
  6. Set your eSIM as the preferred Cellular Data line, then tap Done.
  7. When you arrive at your destination, turn on Data Roaming to start using the eSIM.

Install and Activate Your eSIM Manually

 

  1. On your device, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code.
  2. Tap Enter Details Manually.
  3. Return to your email and open the manual installation link in the eSIM details section.
  4. Copy and paste the SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, and Confirmation Code (if required), then tap Next.
  5. Tap Continue to activate your eSIM, then tap Done to complete setup.
  6. Choose a label for your eSIM (such as Travel) and tap Continue.
  7. If your eSIM includes a phone number, set it as your default line.
