At eSIMCircle, we provide fast, secure mobile connectivity through digital eSIM products delivered electronically. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable experience from purchase to activation.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All eSIMs are delivered via email to the address used at checkout. Delivery typically includes:

A QR code for scanning and activation, or

Manual installation instructions.
In most cases, delivery is instant, but it may take up to 10 – 15 minutes due to email processing or network delays.
2. Product Security & Usage
Once an eSIM is issued, it becomes tied to a unique activation profile. This means:

The eSIM cannot be deactivated, or returned after delivery.

Unlike physical items, there is no way to reverse access to the digital content once it has been delivered.
For this reason, changes, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible after the eSIM is sent.
3. 🛠 In Case of Issues
If you believe your eSIM was not delivered or there was a technical issue preventing usage, please contact us immediately. Our team will investigate and respond based on the situation and our Refund Policy.
